Mead Cottage

Mead Cottage is a two-bedroom house in West Bay that sleeps four adults; children under 12 are not accepted. The two bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds, and they share a bathroom with a bath and a shower over it.

Downstairs, the kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a hairdryer, plus a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. The sitting room has a gas fire and a Smart TV, with a DVD player, and WiFi is included. Gas central heating runs through the house, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are part of the booking.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio, a gravelled area and furniture. Off-road parking takes two cars, and an electric car charging point is available, with an extra charge for using it. A shop is 0.3 miles away, the beach 0.5 miles and a pub 0.6 miles.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Smoking and vaping are not allowed, pets are not accepted, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The cottage suits two couples, or friends sharing, who bring electric cars or want an enclosed garden.
