Plum Tree Cottage - Corfe Castle

Plum Tree Cottage is a stone cottage for four on a quiet lane in Corfe Castle, with the castle itself visible from the cottage. The shop and pub are within 0.5 miles. Swanage is 6 miles away and can be reached by heritage steam train, and the beach at Studland is 8.5 miles by car.

Downstairs, the lounge has plenty of seating, a Smart TV, a DVD player and an open fire in a stone surround. The kitchen/diner has French doors to the garden, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a three-quarter-size dishwasher, a washing machine and a fridge with an ice compartment, and the kitchen was newly fitted for 2026. A second freezer is under the stairs. The cottage has internet access.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has low ceilings and skylights. The bunk bedroom has French doors onto a balcony with views towards the castle. The two bedrooms share one shower room with a WC.

A patio with garden furniture opens onto a large enclosed lawn with apple trees. Parking outside the cottage is available from October to May, and there is private parking for two cars nearby. Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. The cottage suits a family with two children, or a couple with two dogs, who want a garden and the village on foot.
