Sandstones

Sandstones is a second-floor apartment in West Bay, sleeping four. The open-plan living space has a wood floor, L-shaped seating, a dining area and a kitchen, and French doors open onto a balcony with views directly over the harbour. Balconies at both the front and the rear have furniture, and the elevated position means the views are far-reaching.

The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine/tumble dryer and a dishwasher. For entertainment there is a TV, a DVD player, a CD player, an iPod docking station and WiFi. Heating is by gas central heating, and the rent includes fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower, basin and WC, and the second bedroom is a twin. A separate family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

Parking is an allocated space for one car. Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. The shop and the pub are both 0.2 miles away, and Palmers Brewery and Bride Valley Vineyard are a short drive from West Bay. The apartment suits a couple, two couples or a small family who want to look out over the harbour and keep to a single car.
