Each king-size room has its own walk-in shower en-suite and a Juliet balcony, one overlooking the garden and the other the front driveway and the hills beyond, and the double and twin also have garden views. The main bathroom has a roll-top bath with a shower over it, and a cloakroom adds a basin and WC.

The open-plan kitchen has a dining area, a utility area and a conservatory. Cooking is on two double electric ovens and an electric hob, and there is a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher, with a highchair available. The sitting room has a woodburning stove, though no logs, kindling or lights are supplied, and a separate snug has a sofa and a TV. WiFi, a Smart TV and central heating are included, with bed linen and towels.

Off-road parking takes four cars. Eight steps lead up to the property from the driveway, so take care. The enclosed rear garden has a lawn and a patio. The beach is 0.3 miles away, a shop 0.5 miles and a pub 0.9 miles.

A good-housekeeping bond is payable; the house takes no pets and is non-smoking. The house suits two or more families, or a group of friends, who want en-suite rooms and space for several cars.
