The Beach House is a semi-detached, cottage-style house over two floors on the edge of West Bay. The beach is 0.5 miles away, the shop 0.2 miles and the pub 0.4 miles. The living room and front bedroom look onto a footpath, bridleway and stream, and the rear bedroom has views of rolling hills.
Downstairs are a living room with a feature gas fire and a smart TV, a kitchen/diner and a conservatory. Kitchen equipment includes a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob. Upstairs, a double and a twin bedroom share a shower room with a walk-in power shower. Gas central heating and WiFi are fitted. Rent includes fuel, power, bed linen and towels.
Two cars can park off-road, and a 7 kW EV charging point can be used by prior agreement with the owner. The rear garden is enclosed, and its lights switch off at 11pm in summer and 9pm in winter.
Pets are accepted for a weekly charge per pet, smoking is not allowed, and the booking requires a good-housekeeping bond. From April to September, check-in is on a Monday or a Thursday. Ideal for a family of four or two couples who want a garden, a conservatory and off-road parking.
