The Harbour Penthouse

The Harbour Penthouse is on the third floor of its building in West Bay, reached by a lift or stairs. The beach is 20 metres away, and shops and pubs are within 100 metres. The living area is open plan, with floor-to-ceiling windows and bi-fold doors to a balcony.

The kitchen has marble worktops, a breakfast bar, an oven, an induction hob, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. A washing machine is in a hall cupboard, with a clothes airer. There is a Smart TV, a DVD player, a DAB radio and a Bluetooth speaker, as well as games, books and DVDs, and underfloor heating throughout.

One bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The other has a super-king zip-and-link bed that can be made up as two 3ft singles on request. Both have balcony doors and sea views. The main bathroom has a bath, a separate shower and a WC, and the balcony wraps around the apartment.

Parking is one underground space, with a garage entrance height and space width of 2.23m each, so take care. Pay and display car parks are within a 5 minute walk. No children under 12 are accepted, so the four places suit adults and older children, and dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is before 10am. The penthouse suits two couples who want a view and a short walk to the beach.
