The Penthouse

The Penthouse is a third-floor apartment overlooking the harbour in West Bay. Floor-to-ceiling windows line the open-plan living space, which brings together a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Both bedrooms have French doors onto the balcony. One is a king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the other is a twin. Between them the apartment has two bathrooms: the en-suite, and a main bathroom with a bath, a basin and a WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine/tumble dryer, a dishwasher and a hairdryer. Two TVs, a DVD player, a Smart Speaker and wifi are provided.

Outside there is a balcony and a rooftop terrace, both with furniture, and the elevated position gives harbour views from the terrace as well as from the living room. Secure parking takes one car. The nearest shop is 0.1 miles away and a pub 0.2 miles.

No pets and no smoking. The apartment suits two couples, or a family of up to four, who travel with a single car and want to eat and drink outside above the harbour.
