Venezuela

Venezuela is a second-floor apartment in West Bay, and its floor-to-ceiling windows face the harbour. The open-plan space combines a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a gas hob, an electric oven and grill, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a washing machine/tumble dryer. There are three Smart TVs, a DAB radio and WiFi, and the underfloor central heating runs on gas.

The apartment sleeps four. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, and the twin can be made up as a king-size if you ask before you arrive. The second bathroom is a family bathroom with a bath and a shower over it, and a hairdryer is provided. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

A balcony and roof terraces give the apartment its outdoor space, and children need supervising at all times on them. Secure underground parking is provided for one car. A shop is 0.2 miles away and so is a pub. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

It suits a couple, or two couples travelling together, who want harbour views and outdoor space on the second floor. The elevated position gives far-reaching views from the balcony and roof terraces.
