1 Argyle House

1 Argyle House is a one-bedroom flat on Marine Parade in Lyme Regis, with views of Lyme Bay and the beach. Shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach are all 0.1 miles away. The entrance is up 12 external steps, so the flat is not suited to anyone who finds steps difficult.

Parking is not at the flat. Cars can unload on the seafront, and guests can use a garage off Pooles Court, whose entrance is 2.23 metres wide and 2.03 metres high and so takes a small to medium car only. Larger cars can use the council's Woodmead car park, with stays of three or seven days available. Both options are about a ten-minute walk away.

Inside there is a kitchen, a living and dining room and a utility room. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a coffee machine and a dishwasher, and the utility room adds a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The bedroom has a king-size bed, limited space to hang clothes, and a separate wardrobe in the utility room. The bathroom has a shower, a hand basin, a towel rail and a WC. There are a TV, WiFi and a selection of books, and electric central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Outside, the enclosed front terrace has furniture.

No children, pets or smoking are allowed. The flat suits a couple who want to be on the seafront and don't mind the steps or the walk from the car.
