22 Applebee Way

22 Applebee Way is a one-bedroom cottage in Lyme Regis that takes a maximum of two adults. It has a private driveway for two cars and an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, a patio and furniture. The shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.6 miles and the beach 0.7 miles.

The open-plan living space joins a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hairdryer and a Nespresso machine that uses original pods, which are not supplied. There are a Smart TV and WiFi. Gas central heating is joined by underfloor heating, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The king-size bedroom is on the first floor, as is the bathroom, which has a bath with an electric shower over it.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. The cottage is set up for a maximum of two adults, so there is no sleeping space for a third guest. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple who want an enclosed garden and their own parking, and who are happy with a single king-size bed on the first floor.
