5 Coram Tower

Coram Tower is a second-floor apartment in a grade II listed building in Lyme Regis that once belonged to the sea captain Thomas Coram. Large windows in the open-plan living area draw in sea views and daylight, and the room has wooden floors, grey sofas and a glass dining table. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

There is one double bedroom, with windows looking over the town, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. Electric heating is fitted with an electric fan, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included, and the apartment has WiFi, a TV, a Blu-Ray player and a radio. A welcome hamper is waiting on arrival, and check-in is from 4pm with check-out by 10am.

Off-road parking is for one car, and the communal garden has a lawn, a patio and furniture. The shop and the pub are each 0.2 miles away. No pets and no smoking. It is a second-floor apartment, and it may not suit anyone with mobility issues.

It suits a couple who want a base for two, with the sea view from the living room and a shop and pub close by.
