The single bedroom has a king-size bed, and the bathroom next to it has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC. The enclosed balcony is furnished and shares the view of the sea and the Cobb. Central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The apartment sleeps two.

The way up is by external steps and a spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm. Off-road parking for one car comes with a permit. Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. A Good Housekeeping bond is payable. Short breaks are offered in winter, off-season and over Christmas, and as last-minute bookings. The shop, the pub and the beach are each 0.1 miles away. It suits a couple who want a compact base 0.1 miles from the beach and are comfortable with the stairs.
