1 Bay View Court

1 Bay View Court is a first-floor apartment in Lyme Regis where the French windows of the open-plan living space open onto a balcony with furniture. The sea views from there suit a morning coffee, and the dining table looks out to the bay as well. The seating area has a mix of sofas and chairs, and a selection of books is provided.

Two bedrooms, a king-size and a double, each have a shower room of their own with a shower, basin and WC. A second bathroom was recently installed in the property. A cot is available. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an icebox and a dishwasher; heating is electric, and there is a TV, DVD player, CD player, radio and WiFi.

Parking is in a secure area beneath the apartments, with room for one small car. The garage door opening is 2.1m high and 3.3m wide, and reaching the space can be difficult if other bays are occupied. A welcome pack is provided and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Fuel and power, plus bed linen and towels, are part of the rent.

The apartment is closed to pets and to smokers. The shop is 0.2 miles away. It suits two couples, or a family with a baby, who want a private shower room each and have a small car.
