1 Mill Green Court

Both bedrooms at 1 Mill Green Court are on the ground floor of a recently renovated apartment in Lyme Regis. One holds a king-size bed and the other a double, so four can sleep here. The shower room has a double walk-in shower, a basin and a WC, plus underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.

The living space is open plan, with a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen on oak flooring. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an air fryer and a Nespresso machine, and a first supply of original-type pods is provided. There is a TV, a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi. Gas central heating runs through the flat, and bed linen and towels are included.

Parking is by permit: one is supplied for Woodmead car park on Hill Road, a short walk away, and there is no allocated space. You can pull up at the front door to load and unload. A small patio at the front, which is not enclosed, has a picnic bench. The shop and the beach are both 0.2 miles away and the pub is 0.1 miles.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. From 31 July 2027 to the end of that August, bookings run as whole weeks with a Saturday changeover. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple or a small family with a single dog who can manage without a space at the door.
