1 Buckfields

1 Buckfields is a ground-floor flat in Lyme Regis with secure gated parking for one car. The pub is 0.1 miles away, the shop 0.3 miles and the beach 0.4 miles. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.

The living space is open plan, bringing the kitchen, a dining table for four and the sitting area together. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and the flat has electric central heating, a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, so there is nothing extra to bring for the beds or the bathroom.

There are two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin whose beds zip and link together, and the twin can be made up as a king-size on request. One bathroom with a bath and a shower over it serves both. The garden has a small patio, a gravelled courtyard and seating, and guests can also use the communal garden.

Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. The flat suits a couple, or a family of four who want the bedrooms and living space on the ground floor and a car space that stays behind a gate.
