1 Dolphin Cottages

1 Dolphin Cottages is the left-hand side of a white building in Lyme Regis, once part of the town's inns and since converted back to cottages. The pub is 0.1 miles away, the shop 0.2 miles and the beach 0.3 miles. The sitting room has an ornamental fireplace and a window seat, and a newly installed stove has been fitted in the lounge. Dinosaurland Fossil Museum in town and the Heritage Coast Centre at Charmouth are among the nearby visits.

Both bedrooms are upstairs: a king-size at the front and a smaller room at the rear with bunk beds, which suit adults and children. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and there is a Smart TV, a radio, WiFi and a welcome hamper on arrival. Heating is gas central heating.

The enclosed garden faces south-west and is mainly gravel, with a patio area and furniture. The driveway and paths at the rear are shared with Nos 2 and 3. Off-road parking is for one car, in a space measuring 4.4m by 2.8m. One well-behaved pet is welcome and smoking is not allowed. It suits a couple or a family of four with a dog and a car that fits the space.
