1 Riverside Cottages

1 Riverside Cottages is a renovated traditional cottage in Lyme Regis, a short walk from the town centre. The open-plan living area has a kitchen with a dining table and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, and gas central heating runs through the house.

There are two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, so it sleeps four. The one bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a washing machine and a dishwasher. You also get a hairdryer, a Smart TV, a DVD player, a radio and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. A welcome pack is waiting on arrival.

The small garden is enclosed, with a patio and a raised patio at the back and garden furniture. It slopes, and the raised patio and the slope may not suit anyone with mobility issues. Off-road parking is for one car, in a space 4.7 metres long and 3.9 metres wide. No pets are accepted and there is no smoking; a good housekeeping bond must be paid.

Best for a family of four, or two couples, who like a woodburner and want off-road parking for the car.
