1 The Old Posthouse is a first-floor apartment on Broad Street in the middle of Lyme Regis, above the town's Post Office and the Waffle House. Guests reach it by internal stairs. The shop and the pub are each 0.1 miles away, and the cafes, restaurants and sandy beach are all within easy reach.

The main room is open-plan, with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area under high ceilings and large windows. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a TV, a radio and WiFi, gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Three bedrooms sleep five. The principal double has an en-suite WC and basin, there is a twin, and the third bedroom has a 4ft occasional double bed. One bathroom serves the apartment, with a bath and a separate walk-in shower; the en-suite is a WC and basin only.

Parking is in a public car park a short walk away, subject to availability and payable on site. Pets are not allowed. It suits a small family or a group of friends who want to be in the town centre without needing the car much.
