Halyards, La Casa is a second-floor apartment overlooking the seafront at Lyme Regis. The living and dining room and the main bedroom both have panoramic views of the sea. At the front, a walled, south-facing communal garden has seating and an outlook towards the water.

Three bedrooms sleep five: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a double and a single. A separate bathroom has a bath and hand-held shower. The kitchen has a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave, and the apartment has a Smart TV, a DVD player, a Blu-ray player and a Bluetooth speaker, plus WiFi. Heating is electric, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Access is by internal stairs, which the owners describe as narrow and steep and possibly unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The town centre is about a 5 to 10 minute walk along a fairly level stretch of seafront, and the shop and pub are each 0.1 miles away.

Parking is a mix of options. A private car park behind the building takes visitors for a weekly fee, a public car park a short walk away is payable on site and subject to availability, the Holmbush long-stay car park is up the hill, and from 1 October to 15 March the road outside can be used, subject to availability. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a refundable good-housekeeping bond is payable. The apartment suits a small family or a group of friends who want sea views and are comfortable with steep stairs.
