Lyme Views

Lyme Views is a ground-floor apartment close to Church Beach in Lyme Regis, with a sitting room, a snug and a kitchen/diner. The sitting room has a feature fireplace and large windows. The snug is the extra room: it holds a sofa bed that can accommodate an extra person.

The two bedrooms are a king-size and a twin. Two shower rooms, each fitted with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, mean nobody waits for the bathroom. The kitchen has an electric oven, grill and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. A cot is available but comes without bedding.

Gas central heating runs through the flat, and there is a TV with Freeview, a TV/DVD player, a Wii games console and WiFi. A small decking area outside has patio furniture. The nearest shop is 0.2 miles off, and the pub is closer, at 0.1 miles. Linen, towels, fuel and power are included.

Parking is for one car. The space is at most 2.75 metres wide, the access narrows to 2.3 metres at one point and there is no turning space. The apartment is pet-friendly, smoking is not allowed, and commercial bookings are not accepted. It suits a family of five, or friends sharing, who are comfortable with a tight parking space.
