3 Cobb View

Three Cobb View is a second-floor apartment in Lyme Regis, a short walk from the Cobb harbour and the beach. The open-plan living area has large windows, a sitting area and a central dining table with a view to the bay, plus the kitchen. The nearest shop and the nearest pub are each 0.1 miles away.

There are two bedrooms and each has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. The king-size room also has a pull-out truckle bed, and the other room is a twin, so five guests is the limit. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, a CD player and WiFi are included, alongside gas heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

Outside, a communal garden has a seating area with furniture. Parking is for one car, and the allocated space is in a private car park two minutes' walk from the apartment, not at the building. The space measures 4.6 metres long, 2.6 wide and 2.23 high. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed either. A good-housekeeping bond is payable.

The apartment suits a small family of up to five who want an en-suite for each bedroom, near the harbour and the town.
