1 Woodroffe Meadow

1 Woodroffe Meadow is a townhouse on the outskirts of Lyme Regis, spread over three floors. The entrance hall is on the ground floor, along with a super king-size bedroom whose en-suite bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. A flight of stairs from the hall then leads up to the first-floor living area.

That level is open-plan, with the kitchen, a dining table in the middle and a sitting room with wooden flooring. Cooking is on an electric oven and a gas hob, with a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine to hand. The two twin bedrooms are on the second floor, one of them with a television, and the second-floor bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Heating is gas central with a gas fire, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

At the back, the enclosed garden has a patio, furniture, shrubs and small trees. Two cars can be parked off-road. The nearest pub is 0.6 miles away and the nearest shop 0.9 miles. The town centre can be reached on foot or by a short drive.

Note that three storeys of stairs may not suit anyone with mobility problems. Pets and smoking are both ruled out, and a bond for good housekeeping is payable. It suits a family or friends who are comfortable with stairs and want one bedroom downstairs.
