2 Studley Gardens

2 Studley Gardens is a semi-detached house in Lyme Regis that sleeps six in three bedrooms. Two have king-size beds. The third holds a twin pair that zips and links into a king-size on request, so ask before you travel if you want it made up that way. The single bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. The shop and pub are 0.2 miles away and the beach is 0.5 miles.

The open-plan main room combines the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, with French doors onto a decked patio. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A separate games room has a pool table and a TV, and there is a table football as well. WiFi, a smart TV and a DVD player are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. A highchair and a travel cot are available. The sofas have feather cushions, and alternatives cannot be supplied.

The rear garden is enclosed and faces south, with decking, a lawn and furniture, and there are steps down to the lawn. Off-road parking takes two cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome and smoking is not allowed. A welcome hamper is waiting on arrival, with check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am. The house suits a family or two couples who want a games room and a garden of their own.
