The enclosed garden is gravelled, with a patio, furniture and a bench for eating outside. One car fits in the allocated off-road space, which is not suitable for a larger vehicle at 4.8m by 2.5m. Extra public parking nearby is payable on site and subject to availability. The spiral staircase may not suit anyone with limited mobility.

One dog is accepted, and smoking is ruled out. Guests also pay a good-housekeeping bond. The house suits a family of up to six who like a house with several levels and a garden. The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.2 miles.
