13 Buckfields

13 Buckfields is a second-floor apartment in Lyme Regis, sleeping six, and from its height it looks out over the sea. The open-plan room combines a kitchen, a dining table for six and a sitting area with sofas and a TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, an American-style fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms: a super-king-size with its own en-suite shower room, a double, and a twin. The en-suite has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. A separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC, so the flat has two bathrooms. Each bedroom has storage space. On arrival you find a welcome pack with milk, tea and some local treats.

The building has a lift, and the flat has secure gated parking for two cars in a private car park. Communal landscaped gardens sit outside. Heating is electric, WiFi is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. No pets and no smoking. Short breaks are not accepted in August.

The pub is 0.1 miles away, the shop 0.3 miles and the beach 0.4 miles. The flat works for a family or a group of six who want a mix of bedrooms, an en-suite off the super-king, and a gated car park for their cars.
