10 Cobb Terrace

10 Cobb Terrace is a cottage painted white, with shutters beside the windows, in Lyme Regis. The sitting room has a woodburning stove and a map of the world on the ceiling. There is also a dining room, a kitchen and a snug where a morning coffee comes with a view over the town.

A double and a twin bedroom sleep four. The ground-floor bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, and a separate shower room has a walk-in shower. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Heating is gas, and there is a TV and a DVD player.

The south-facing garden is enclosed, with a pebbled floor, shrubs, a terrace, a patio and a table and chairs. Parking is payable at the location and subject to availability, so ask about the arrangements before you book. Both the shop and the pub are 0.1 miles away.

A neighbouring property is having extensive building work for eight months from the end of September, and the builders have to reach its rear by walking along the path in front of this cottage, so expect some noise and passing workmen. Guests find a welcome pack on arrival, and a good-housekeeping bond is due. Fuel and power are included, as are bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed. It suits a family who want a stove-warmed sitting room and a garden.
