11 The Gables

11 The Gables is a renovated first-floor apartment in Lyme Regis with one king-size bedroom, and the sofa in the living area folds out into a double bed that takes two more guests. That brings the total to four. The open-plan living area also holds a dining table and a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a coffee machine.

The bedroom has storage behind wooden doors and a grey and white colour scheme, and the bathroom has marble-look tiles, a bath and a shower over it. Heating is gas, the rent covers linen, towels and power, and a welcome hamper is waiting on arrival. A cot and a highchair can be provided.

One car can park off the road. The space is about 2.1m by 5m and the driveway is narrow, so it needs careful navigation. The flat is non-smoking and does not take pets.

A shop is 0.3 miles away and a pub 0.1 miles. The apartment suits a couple who want parking and a short walk into town, and it also works for a small family that is happy with one sofa bed and one bathroom. The Dinosaurland Fossil Museum and Lyme Regis Museum are both a short walk away.
