12 Mill Green

Twelve Mill Green is a terraced, Grade II listed cottage in the middle of Lyme Regis, with the nearest shop 0.3 miles away and a pub 0.1 miles away. The sitting room has wooden roof beams, and the kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a coffee machine. A Sonos speaker, a radio and WiFi are included, and a welcome hamper is waiting on arrival.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, and the second bedroom is a twin. The bathroom, with a bath and a shower over it, is on the ground floor. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and gas central heating is fitted. The king-size room has wood panelling. There is no cot space in this property, and Dinosaurland Fossil Museum is a short walk from the door.

The enclosed rear garden is a long one, with a patio, gravel, shrubs, furniture and a barbecue, and guests are asked to leave the barbecue clean after use. Parking is off-road for one car. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed either. A good-housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits a couple or a small family without a pet who want the cafes, shops and museums of Lyme Regis close by, with a garden of their own.
