15 Hardwick Street

15 Hardwick Street is an end-terrace house of three storeys on a street in central Weymouth, 3 minutes' walk from the beach. It sleeps nine in four bedrooms, each with an HD TV that has Netflix, and there is high speed WiFi.

The ground floor is an open-plan living space with a corner sofa, a dining area and a fitted kitchen with a large range cooker, a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The shower room is also on this floor. The first floor has a king-size bedroom with a bay window and a double, along with a bathroom with a bath, handheld shower and walk-in shower. The second floor has another king-size and a triple room with adult bunk beds and a single bed. There is gas central heating, a safe is provided, and a travel cot and two highchairs are available.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio, decking and furniture, and a back gate gives access for storing bikes and surfboards, with further storage at the rear of the property for leisure equipment and motorbikes. Parking is not at the house but in the nearby Swannery car park, and the property allows one hour of drop-off time outside.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. A good housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a group of nine, such as two families, who want the beach and the shops close and have a pet or two to bring.
