The White Cottage

The White Cottage is a detached house in the centre of Weymouth, with a shop and pub 0.3 miles away and the beach 0.6 miles. It sleeps nine across four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and a shower room with a large shower, heated towel rail and WC. The kitchen/diner has a fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, electric oven and induction hob, with a breakfast bar and dining table, and there is a utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs are a king-size bedroom with a TV and en-suite shower room, a second king-size, and a triple room, plus a bathroom with a freestanding bath. There are two TVs and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

The rear garden is enclosed and has furniture, with a patio and a table and chairs. The ground beside the patio is uneven, so take care. Parking is off-road for two cars. A cot, stairgate and highchair are available. The owner asks guests to note that electric cars cannot be charged from the house supply.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. It suits two families, or a group of friends, who want the dogs along and an enclosed garden to come home to.
