Bay Cottage

Bay Cottage is a detached, three-storey house in the middle of Weymouth, with the old harbour only moments away. The lounge has a Smart TV, the kitchen is fitted with integrated appliances, and a dining table sits in the living/dining room. Sliding patio doors lead to decking with furniture. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Four bedrooms sleep nine. Two king-size rooms and a double are on the first floor, and the top floor has a room with three single beds. There are two bathrooms: one with a bath and a shower over, and a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower. A travel cot and a highchair are available. Central heating is fitted, WiFi is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Parking is on the road only, in a residential area, on a first-come, first-served basis, and a space cannot be counted on. Brewer's Quay car park is under five minutes away on foot and Nothe car park is ten minutes away and is pay and display. The shop and pub are a few minutes' walk, and Weymouth Beach is half a mile from the house.

Smoking is not allowed and pets are not accepted, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits a large family or a group of friends who are happy for three of them to share a top-floor room of single beds.
