16 Church Street

16 Church Street is an apartment on two floors in the middle of Lyme Regis, close to the shops and restaurants. The pub and beach are 0.1 miles away and the shop is 0.3 miles. It sleeps four.

The king-size bedroom and the shower room, which has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC, are on the ground floor. The twin bedroom is an open-plan room on the lower-ground floor. The owner says that room has no through-draught and can hold moisture, so a dehumidifier is provided. The lower-floor bedroom is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The galley kitchen at the back has an electric oven, a gas hob, a combi-microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster. The living/dining room has a Smart TV and a DAB/Bluetooth radio, and WiFi and gas central heating are provided. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and a welcome pack of milk, tea and local treats awaits on arrival.

There is no parking at the apartment itself: a public car park a short walk away is payable on site and subject to availability. Dogs are welcome and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 10am, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple or a small family who want to walk to the seafront, and can manage the stairs to the lower floor.
