2 Beach Way House is a first-floor apartment overlooking the seafront in Lyme Regis, with large windows that frame sea views from the open-plan living area. Two sofas, a kitchen and a central wooden dining table share that room, and shops, restaurants and pubs are 0.1 miles away.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and looks across to the bay. The second bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The rent includes fuel, power, bed linen and towels, with a TV and WiFi in the flat. An enclosed decked area with furniture sits at the rear. This apartment can also be booked with 3 Beach Way House, connected by an adjoining door, for seven guests.

Access is by a private path from Broad Street that starts beside the Galley Cafe, and it is uneven. A passageway with steep steps runs down to the beach. The flat is not suitable for people with mobility issues or for children in pushchairs. None of the Marine Parade properties has its own parking, but covered parking for one car is available to guests off Poole's Court Road, within a 10 minute walk. Neither pets nor smoking are permitted.

Best for a family or two couples who like the sea outside the door and can manage steps.
