2 Buckfields

2 Buckfields is a ground-floor flat in Lyme Regis with an allocated off-road space for one car. A beach is a short distance away, the shop is 0.3 miles from the door and the pub only 0.1 miles. The town has the Lyme Regis Museum, the Dinosaurland Fossil Museum and an aquarium.

The open-plan living area has two striped blue sofas, wooden shutters inside the windows, a kitchen table and paintings and ornaments that give it a seaside feel. In the kitchen you will find an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. A TV, DVD player, CD player, radio and WiFi are provided, and the heating is electric.

Both bedrooms have storage, and the king-size has a TV: one holds a king-size bed and the other twin beds, so four can stay. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower fitted over it.

Outside is a patio with furniture and access to a communal garden that is not enclosed, so children need supervising there at all times. French windows open onto the communal seating area. A welcome hamper is waiting on arrival, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels all come with the booking. No pets and no smoking. It suits a family or two couples who want ground-floor living with parking that is theirs.
