2 Coppers Knapp

2 Coppers Knapp is a two-bedroom house in Lyme Regis, with parking for one car off the road. The shop and the pub are each 0.3 miles away, so most errands do not need the car.

Cooking, eating and sitting share a single open-plan area, with French windows that let in plenty of light. Kitchen equipment includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The TV, DVD player and WiFi are supplied, and gas central heating, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Of the two bedrooms, one has a king-size bed and the other twin beds. The one bathroom, shared by all four guests, has a large walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. There is no cot space in the property, so families with a baby should plan around that.

The enclosed garden has a patio, furniture, a small shed and shrubs. No pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits two couples or a small family who want their own parking close to the town and an enclosed garden. The town has cafes, restaurants and a fossil museum, Dinosaurland, as well as the Fossil Beach itself.
