2 Grange Villas is a detached house in Charmouth with off-road parking on a driveway that measures 8.4 metres. The sitting room has French windows to the garden and a selection of books, and the dining room has a bay window looking out over it. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave, and an Xbox 360 with games comes with the house.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a king-size room, a twin room and a bunk room that suits children. Some of the beds are zip-link and can be set up differently on request, so confirm the bed arrangement when booking. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower over and a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, plus a separate WC. Gas heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

There is an enclosed front lawn, and the rear garden is the more private of the two, with a decking area and furniture. The nearest shop and pub are each 0.1 miles away.

One well-behaved dog is allowed, and smoking is not. The house suits a family of up to six, or a smaller group with a dog, who want parking on the drive and room to spread out.
