Charm Cottage

Charm Cottage is a terraced house in the town of Charmouth, arranged over three storeys. The living area is open-plan, with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and heating is gas, with a woodburning stove. The kitchen has a gas hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and it has access to the patio.

Three bedrooms sleep six. The king-size room has an en-suite WC and basin, the second bedroom is a double, and the twin is the attic conversion on the second floor, with wooden roofbeams and a large window. The staircase to that top room is steep and narrow, which is worth knowing before you book. Washing is covered by a shower room and a ground-floor bathroom with a bath and shower over, so the house has two bathrooms, and the en-suite is not one of them.

The garden is enclosed, with a patio, a barbecue and furniture. There is on-street parking, which is not allocated. The nearest shop is 0.2 miles away and the nearest pub 0.1 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and there is WiFi, a TV and a DVD player.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The layout suits a family or a group of friends who are happy to use stairs between floors.
