2 Woodville fills the first floor of a Grade II listed Georgian building in Lyme Regis. The house began as a small hotel and served as a headquarters during the Second World War, and its large windows now give views over the town and the coastline.

The open-plan living area has stained oak floors, vintage furniture and a traditional window seat. The kitchen, with dark blue units and a matching dining table, has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Heating is gas.
