20 Lym Close

20 Lym Close is a semi-detached house with colourful decor, set in the middle of Lyme Regis. The front has its own off-road parking space for one car, with an EV charging point beside it. Charging is payable through an app. Out the back is an enclosed courtyard garden.

The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining room, a compact rear kitchen with an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave and a fridge-freezer, and the family bathroom, which has a bath with a shower, a basin and a WC. Gas heating, a Smart TV, a selection of books and WiFi are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with an optional pull-out single, plus a cloakroom with a WC. Six can sleep here. A children's playground and a playing field are a short distance away, and the shop is 0.3 miles from the door.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the courtyard gives them a private place outside. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. External cameras are switched off while guests are staying. The layout suits a family of up to six, or friends sharing, who want to bring dogs and walk to the beach.
