21 Mill Green

21 Mill Green is a cottage over three floors in the centre of Lyme Regis, in a row of houses beside the River Lym. A shop is 0.2 miles away, a pub 0.1 miles and the beach 0.4 miles. The sitting and dining room has a wood-burning stove and a raised wooden dining floor, with beams running through the space. The kitchen has bare brick walls and a small island with stools, and a utility area and a sun room with sofas follow on from it, the sun room opening through French windows to the garden.

On the first floor are a king-size bedroom and a family room with a double and a single bed, and on the second floor there is a second king-size. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower over, and a shower room with a walk-in shower. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A travel cot, a highchair and stairgates are provided, and the cottage has WiFi, a DVD player and an iPod dock. Gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included.

The enclosed rear garden has decking and furniture, and the river runs at the end of it with a small drop, so children and pets need supervising at all times. One parking permit is supplied for Woodmead car park on Hill Road, with no allocated space, within five minutes' walk. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome and smoking is not allowed. A welcome hamper is left on arrival, and check-in is from 4pm. It suits a family or two couples bringing dogs.
