24 Mill Green

Beside the River Lym in the town of Lyme Regis, 24 Mill Green is a traditional terrace cottage arranged over three floors. The sitting room has a woodburning stove, and the kitchen/diner has large French windows facing the garden. Gas heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The first floor holds the king-size bedroom and the bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over it. A double and a twin share the second floor, where a second WC and basin are also found. In the kitchen there is an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher, and a highchair is provided. A Smart TV, DVD player, CD player and wifi complete the setup.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio, furniture and decking above the River Lym, and the river runs at the end of the garden, so children need watching at all times. There is no allocated parking: the stay comes with one permit for Woodmead car park on Hill Road, a short walk away and subject to availability. The nearest shop is 0.3 miles away and a pub 0.1 miles.

Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The cottage suits a family of up to six that wants a garden on the water and is happy to walk from the car park.
