3 Coram Tower

Three Coram Tower is a first-floor apartment in a Grade II listed building put up by the sea captain Thomas Coram, and it looks over Lyme Regis and Lyme Bay. The open-plan living area has large stone windows, a dining table with a window seat that faces the bay, and a sitting area with a selection of books. The nearest shop and pub are each 0.2 miles away.

Both bedrooms are doubles, so the apartment sleeps four. The first has a TV, wooden flooring and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, and the second has a TV too. A bathroom with a bath and a shower over it serves the rest of the apartment. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and WiFi is included.

Heating is electric, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A welcome hamper is waiting on arrival. Parking is off-road for one car, and a communal garden has a large lawn and seating.

One well-behaved, medium-sized dog is welcome, and the owner asks that dogs stay off the furniture. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits two couples or a small family, with room for one medium-sized dog.
