3 Dolphin Cottages

3 Dolphin Cottages is one of a row of traditional terraced cottages in Lyme Regis. Guests arrive from the off-road parking space at the back, which measures 4.4m by 2.5m and takes one medium-sized car, and go in through a small sun-room that leads into the snug.

The snug has a conservatory roof, large windows, a view of the shrubs outside and a beach hut style cupboard, and the cottage also has a sitting room and a kitchen/diner. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, a king-size room with beach hut décor and storage and a twin that works for two adults or children, and a bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. There is a Smart TV, a DVD player, USB port sockets and WiFi. Gas heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.1 miles. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. The cottage's EPC rating is band D. It suits a family of four or two couples who want a terraced cottage with parking at the rear.
