4/5 Georges Square began as two separate properties and has been renovated into a single three-bedroom cottage in Lyme Regis. The sitting room keeps its traditional roof beams and has a log burner set into the original fireplace; logs are not supplied. The kitchen/diner has tiled floors and the central staircase, and its appliances include a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

There are two double bedrooms and a twin, and the bathroom has a shower, with a separate WC and basin. Gas heating is fitted, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and the cottage has WiFi, a DVD player, a PlayStation 3 and an iPod dock. A welcome pack waits on arrival.

Parking is in a garage for one car within five minutes' walk of the cottage. It measures 1.73m high, 2.24m wide and 4.40m long, which suits one small or medium-sized car. Opposite the cottage, a walled courtyard with furniture is shared with neighbouring properties, and a shed can be used for storage.

Dogs are welcome: one dog, or two small dogs. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.1 miles. It suits a family or a group of up to six with a dog who can manage a short walk to the car.
