4 Coram Court

4 Coram Court is a three-bedroom house in Lyme Regis with a view across the bay. The main living space is a sitting and dining room with French windows to the garden terrace and a central wooden dining table. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, an electric oven and a gas hob, and a second sitting room on the first floor has a TV, a writing desk and access to the terrace.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower. The double and the twin are both on the ground floor, and a family bathroom with a bath completes the layout, so six guests share two bathrooms.

Outside, there is a large veranda with seating, and a decking area with more seating has views of the bay. The terraced garden behind the house is on three levels. The double garage takes two medium-sized cars but has restricted height: it measures 4.15m wide, 1.75m high and 4.6m long.

Gas heating is fitted, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and there is WiFi, two TVs and a welcome hamper on arrival. No pets and no smoking. The nearest shop and pub are each 0.3 miles away. It suits a family or a group of adults who want separate bedrooms, a veranda for the evenings and a garage for the cars.
