4 East Cliff

The sitting room at 4 East Cliff is on the first floor, where large windows look out to the sea and a living flame gas fire sits below arched roof beams. Window seats and several sofas fill the room. This traditional cottage stands on the cliff top in Lyme Regis, with the bay and its pebble beach in view.

Downstairs, the kitchen/diner has a central dining table, an electric oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other holds a king-size and a single. Bath and overhead shower are in the bathroom. Fuel, power, linen and towels are part of the rent.

The enclosed rear garden has pebbled areas with shrubs and a patio with furniture, and the way in is along the side of the property. Younger children need supervision there. Parking is for one car; a small car fits the garage, which is 1.8m high, 2.2m wide and 4.5m long, and public parking within five minutes on foot is payable on site and subject to availability.

Pets cannot stay and smoking is not allowed, and there is a good-housekeeping bond to pay. The cottage suits a family or two couples who want a garden and a sea view in the same place, with the shop 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.2 miles.
