5 St Michaels House is a second-floor apartment in a Georgian building of six, in the middle of Lyme Regis. From it there are sea views along the Jurassic coastline, taking in Golden Cap and Chesil Beach on a clear day. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach 0.2 miles. Off-road parking is available for one medium-sized car.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a gas fire. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher and a hair dryer. There are a TV and WiFi, gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels in the rent. Outside is a balcony with decking, furniture and sun loungers. Barbecues are not permitted on the roof terrace or the decking.

The two bedrooms are a king-size and a twin, and one bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. The apartment is reached by a staircase, so it may not suit anyone with limited mobility. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and a welcome pack is provided.

Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed, and children under 10 are not accepted. The flat suits a couple or two adult friends, or a family with older children, who like a high-up flat with a view.
