Apartment 5 sits on the first floor of Victoria House, the former station hotel in Lyme Regis, and is reached by an internal staircase. Patio doors from the open-plan living area lead to an enclosed roof terrace, where the table and chairs look across the town to Golden Cap and, on a clear day, as far as Portland. The pub is 0.2 miles away, the shop 0.4 miles and the beach 0.7 miles.

Six people can sleep here: a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, a twin, and a large double sofa bed in the lounge. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. The kitchen and dining area have an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and an air fryer, and the apartment has two TVs, WiFi, electric central heating and a hairdryer. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Two allocated spaces are in the private car park behind the building, and there is bike storage. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The apartment suits a family of up to six who are comfortable using a staircase and sleeping on a sofa bed.
