6 Bay View Court

6 Bay View Court is a second-floor apartment in Lyme Regis, with sea views and a small balcony. French windows from the open-plan living area open onto the balcony, which looks across the bay. The living space has wooden flooring, blue sofas, a dining table and a compact kitchen with an oven, hobs, a microwave, a fridge and a washing machine. The TV carries Sky and Netflix, and WiFi is included.

The apartment sleeps four. The king-size bedroom has its own French windows to the balcony, and the second bedroom is a twin. A shower-room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC serves both. Fuel and power are included in the rent, and so are bed linen and towels. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and smoking is not allowed.

Parking is in a communal garage, with a space for one car. The garage entrance is 2.1m high and 3.3m wide, and the space itself is 2.2m wide and 4.5m long, so check your vehicle against those figures. A shop is 0.16 miles away and a pub 0.1 miles. Children need supervising on the balcony at all times.

Pets are not accepted. The flat suits a family of four, or two couples, who want a twin room for children or friends and a balcony facing the bay.
