6 Red Sails

6 Red Sails is a townhouse in Sandbanks, near Poole, laid out over three floors. The ground floor has a double bedroom with TV, a bathroom and a sitting room. The open-plan living space is on the first floor, where the kitchen, dining area and sitting area open onto a balcony, and the second floor holds a double and a twin.

Three bedrooms sleep six. Both second-floor rooms are en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the double has its own balcony and a TV. The ground-floor bathroom has a bath, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a Smart TV and WiFi are fitted.

Gardens come at both ends. The rear garden is enclosed, with a patio and furniture, and the enclosed front garden has a patio and a lawn. Off-road parking takes two cars. The beach is 600 metres away, the shop and lake are 1.3 miles and the pub is 2.1 miles.

Bookings need a minimum of three nights. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits a family of six, or three couples, who want en-suite rooms, two gardens and their own parking.
